Fawzeya is married to Ahmed and they have a little baby. Their life is
full of problems and struggle. She believes that men are using women as
slaves or servants. Fawzeya's female friend, Mona, thinks that men are
very fair and wishes to get married.
Over night, Fawzeya goes to the hospital and gets transferred into a
male. She phones Ahmed and Mona and tells them about her new sexual
identity. Now the real problem starts. Ahmed and (now) Fawzy live
together in the same place as two fathers for one baby.
Not only that, but also Fawzy and Mona fall in love together and decide
to get married. Ahmed almost gets nuts, goes to the doctor that
transferred Fawzeya into Fawzy and begs him to transfer him into a
female, in order for him to be able to be a mother for his child.
This is the last scene of the film. The open end gives the viewers space
to imagine what might happen afterwards.
