Belinda Allen hanged herself from a tree with a scarf after a year of mocking from schoolmates. “She dressed differently and liked wearing dresses rather than trendy outfits,” said a 15-year-old classmate. “I knew Belinda was being bullied but I did not know how badly she had taken it,” the friend said.
